FAQ's

EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT STAYING AT THE NEST SUITES

  • What is your cancellation policy?
    Cancellations made up to 7 days prior to the scheduled date of arrival (from check-in at 3pm) will receive a full refund minus a $50 cancellation fee. Reservations cancelled less than 7 days up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled date of arrival will receive a 50% refund. All reservations cancelled within a 48 hour period prior to scheduled arrival date will receive 0% of the reservation fees.
  • Do you allow pets?
    As much as we adore pets, we’ve found that having them stay with us isn’t the most convenient for all our guests. For the comfort of everyone we have a no pet policy.
  • Does The Nest Suites have chargers for electric vehicles?
    We do not currently have any EV chargers on site. However there are options in town for charging. Please see below for nearby charging stations.   • Are the Nest Suites accessible?
    We are located in a heritage building that unfortunately is not accessible. There is a staircase that is used to access the suites. Please contact us should you have any questions so we can further explain our set-up at hello@thenestsuites.ca
  • Can an early check-in or late check-out be arranged?
    Guests may check-in as early as 3pm on the day of arrival. Check-out is by 11am on the day of departure. Should you require an earlier check-in or late check-out please contact hello@thenestsuites.ca to pre-arrange prior to your arrival. A $25 per hour fee will apply.
  • Is parking available?
    Yes, one on-site parking space is included with your reservation in our parking lot. Should you require another parking space please contact us at hello@thenestsuites.ca
  • Are you family friendly?
    Our Blue Heron Suite is the perfect suite for a mini family getaway. This suite offers 2 queen size beds, a couch that pulls into a double bed and for an additional fee a twin rollaway bed can also be added to the reservation. This is a spacious suite that can also accommodate a pack and play. A highchair may also be added to any reservation for either suite.
  • Can I book both suites?
    We’d be happy to accommodate you in both suites to allow you exclusive access to the space. Just a heads-up, the pricing for each suite will remain the same as for a single one.
  • What is the check-in process?
    We operate using a self-check-in process which allows for flexibility and makes it convenient for our guests. This process involves guests receiving clear instructions prior to their arrival.
  • Is there a laundry service available?
    We are pleased to offer a washer, dryer, and complimentary laundry soap for our guests' convenience. Additionally, an ironing board and iron are available in the laundry room for your use. We strive to make your stay as comfortable as possible!
